The Cottage is in Seaside Park, just a short less than 5-minute walk to the Beach, yet close enough to all of what the Seaside Heights boardwalk has to offer, including the newest attraction the beach club and restaurant. Return from a fun-filled day at the beach or from enjoying one of many local attractions (Casino Pier, Breakwater waterpark, Jet -skiing, fishing, or Island Beach State Park) just to name a few of the many attractions local to the area. "Everything went smoothly and any and all questions were answered quick and helpfully. The place was clean, homey, and had everything we needed. The location is great for walking to the beach and the boardwalk which both are 1 block away.

"We had a great time at The Marlin Cottage. Plenty of dishes, pots and utensils to cook some family meals. We were rained in one day but made good use of the games provided and watched plenty of tv on the smart TVs. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Must dine at Klee’s great spot. Only issue we had was no dresser or shelves to put your personal items or toiletries. House is very secure, although close to the boardwalk, other than a few wobbling Individuals, very quiet neighborhood. House is beautifully decorated, lots of personal touches.

"This house was adorable!! It’s perfect for a young family or getaway with friends. Decorated lovely and fully stocked. Driveway for parking and outdoor storage. Relaxing front patio and large backyard for fun and games. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. It’s walking distance to the beach and right at the start of the boardwalk. Lots of things to do with the family right nearby. We had a wonderful family vacation! Thank you

"The house is well maintained, fully furnished, beautiful appearance, supplied with any and everything, and a block away from the beach and boardwalk. All kitchen supplies are there which is great. It's also great that you don't have to worry about having a house key & carrying them all week, as the door is a security code entry. Communication is always available if need to contact the managers, but no problems ever! Central air conditioning works fully!!!......although, I would recommend bringing some additional blankets. I, myself personally, have always brought my own linens when doing rentals, as it does feel more comfortable away from home. I would definitely give it an A+ in renting to anyone!

"We had a wonderful stay at this Seaside Park beach house! Everything was very nice, clean and the property is in a great location; short walk to the beach & bay, boardwalk and only 2 miles from Island Beach State Park which for the remainder of 2022 is free! Having the driveway was excellent and nice with the security of a gate too. The kitchen was well organized, clean & stocked well with good quality pots & accessories. Throughout the house the beachy decor is absolutely amazing and provides a relaxing vibe from when you enter. Sheets, towels, pillows and mattress were all very good & a great convenience since many places ask you to bring them. The Sunroom is a really nice, air conditioned area with dining table & chairs where we enjoyed our meals, reading & playing games. The light, billowy curtains give it a fresh, beachy cabana feel & the lighting is perfect at night to enjoy this space as well (the outdoor lights added a nice touch). We enjoyed the Monopoly, Lawn darts and Corn Hole which were provided. The yard area is spacious it was nice having an outdoor table, grill & plenty of chairs. The Hot Tub was not in working order during our stay but definitely adds a bonus perk to this listing. We also enjoyed the adirondack chairs on the front deck with our wine at sunset. The beach area is an easy walk only 1 block from the house and beach tags were provided. We spent a lot of time at Island Beach Park biking, trails and the lifeguarded beaches there too. Keep in mind on weekends the park only lets in so many cars & then closes the entrance so it's good to be early, however not a problem on weekdays. The park offers plenty of free parking, restrooms, nice areas to kayak & fish along with splendid views of the bay, ocean & wildlife. Angel was great with communication and check in was easy, our family really enjoyed our stay at her beach house & we would definitely come again.

"This is everything you could want in a family beach house. It’s a 3 bed/2 bath, as clean as could be, dining area in an enclosed light-drenched porch, and a giant backyard with a gas grill and an additional dining area. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, and multiple TVs was a nice touch. Plus, it’s just a single block from the beach and boardwalk; we didn’t need to get in the car once - a welcome vacation from car seats. The host was a kind and communicative. Highly recommend a stay here.

"The house was very very clean! It is updated nicely and was very comfortable for our young family of 4. A pack n play was provided (the mattress was thick!). There were ice cube trays ready in the freezer so we didn't need to buy ice. The washer and dryer both worked great (this is located in a second closet in the largest bedroom). Tons of hangers were provided in all closets, as well as luggage stands. Beds were comfortable! The dining table is located on the screened in back porch. We found it to be easy to go in and out and comfortable. It does get warm if the curtains aren't closed to block sun. Communication was excellent. Very quick and helpful! The location of the house is great. A very quick beach block walk. At the end of seaside park so you get the calmer beach, but you can walk right up on to the seaside heights boardwalk. Beach badges and sand toys provided. Highly recommend this rental!
